As a coach I've learned sometimes you have to add certain supplements in order to achieve success, all the products I endorse I have personally tried and have had so much success with them I now recommend to clients which I feel need them most. Recipes

We are what we eat! Our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit. What we feed is important. I believe in clean, whole foods, all in moderation. I do not believe in starving yourself to lose weight or eating bland foods either. Healthy food can be fun and affordable! Being a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, gives me access to all their wonderful recipes and dietary plans. Enjoy a taste below!
