These are all things I believe wholeheartedly. I am about eating clean, whole foods and limiting the foods that cause you inflammation. I determine this by my 7 day detox (sold on What's New Page separately) and using the Whole 30 Eating plan, where for 30 days we remove possible inflammatory trigger foods then slowly reintroduce them. It is life-changing. I also have access to over 300 different dietary plans from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I often explore these to help you with your healthy journey, finding the perfect fit for your body and lifestyle. This goes along with my belief in bio-individuality, what is good for one person could be poison to another. We are all unique.
